IEEE PIMRC'16 REGISTRATION
Open: 1st May 2016
Early-bird deadline: 21st June 2016
Author’s registration deadline: 21st June 2016
PIMRC2016 Author registration policy
A registration must be made for each author/co-author wishing to attend IEEE PIMRC 2016.
Authors must register before June 21st, 2016 and use their registration code (available in the registration confirmation letter sent by e-mail) to submit their final Camera Ready paper. At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the FULL OR LIMITED rate even if the author is a student. In case of multiple accepted papers by one author, one full or limited registration will cover up to three papers.
For authors with three or more accepted papers, extra full registration is required.
The registration confirmation code you receive enables you to upload your final manuscript to the IEEE Conference Express submission site. Sharing this code with anyone else is unethical and consequences apply. This IEEE Conference Express Author Account must be accessed using the original submitting author log-in information.
All final submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 1 additional page with over length page charge of USD $100 if accepted). Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted at IEEE Conference Express.
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2016 Conference Proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®.
Please note: To be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2016 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the FULL or LIMITED (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
